King's Birthday Weekend
ART EXPO 2024 KING'S BIRTHDAY WEEKEND! 
This extensive community art exhibition is organised by the Whitianga Lions Club as a fundraiser for Project Mammogram.
47 artists have already signed up to participate in this art event, which features works by many well-known local artists. The works are diverse, including paintings, mixed media, jewellery, and ceramics.If you are in the Coromandel this coming long weekend, make sure you check out the ART EXPO; 25% of every artwork sold goes towards Project Mammogram, and you'll also be supporting local artists. 
The featured painting is by one of the artists participating, Whitianga artist Leanne Adams. It is titled "Mid Summer Roadie," and it was painted in Port Charles over the summer.
