New Info Centre for Thames

Vitalise is adding an Info Centre to its office at 507 Pollen Street Thames, which will enable more visitors and locals
to locate all our businesses and services.
(We will also supply maps to help them find everything).
Everyone who is in charge of one of our local enterprises
is welcome to display a rack card or leaflet
in the Info Centre - call in to see Bevan or Jono.

New Cinema for Thames

Left Bank Cinema is on track to open in Thames in late July 2024.
It will be a comforting and welcoming space, and visually interesting as well.
There will be some armchairs, but also conventional cinema seats. All seating will be comfortable.
The cinema will have a high-quality ventilation, heating and cooling system, and will include facilities for people with disabilities and hearing impairment.
People will be able to purchase a glass of wine, beer,
bubbles and similar; there will be a range of nice non-alcoholic drinks, tea and machine coffee,
(or bring a barista one with you from a local cafe)
and finger foods, ice creams and snacks.
There will be a small courtyard out the back if people would like to meet there before a movie.

Thames Music and Drama
does 'Chicago' in 2024

Our committee is excited to announce that for our Big Show in 2024 we will be staging CHICAGO!
Set in Chicago in the jazz age, the musical is based on a 1926 play of the same title by reporter Maurine Dallas Watkins, about actual criminals and the crimes on which she reported. Directed by our very own Asha Peppiatt!
If you're keen to get in on all the action, be sure to keep a close eye on our website for details and auditions.
