It's time again for our monthly "COME FIKA WITH US" Luncheon, a beacon of joy and connection! Our gatherings have blossomed over time, nurturing a haven for seniors to savour great fun, delicious food, and captivating entertainment, all at an affordable price. We're deeply grateful for your unwavering support and generosity, which have enabled us to uplift various charitable causes. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
At our upcoming FIKA Luncheon, we'll continue to uplift Children in Care Thames and the Ohinemuri Club Maintenance and Development Fund through our raffles, and your presence will make all the difference. Children in Care Thames will also be gathering preloved toys for gift parcels, so please bring along your generous donations on the day of the high tea. The charity founders will be there to receive your contributions with heartfelt thanks.

Creative therapy based art sessions use simple guided art making to help you slow down, process and reconnect - with yourself and with the people around you. It’s less of an art class and more of a time to take a breath and let the self expression flow.
Making art can really help by bypassing the inner critic and allowing the nervous system to speak first, without judgement. What needs to be said comes out on the paper without needing interpretation and healing occurs beneath the layers of the conscious mind without retraumatising and without the need for talking.
It’s alchemy.
