Thames Valley Indoor Bowls

Thames Valley Indoor Bowls caters for all ages and abilities at both social and competitive levels. We have rep fixtures for juniors (under 18 years on 1st March each year) plus a top 8, top 16 and B team, and there are TV championships as well as the National events which are open to all affiliated players, whether beginners or returning to the game. The Thames Valley covers from Te Aroha to Maramarua, all of the Coromandel Peninsula and down to Waihi Beach. This is one of the cheapest sports around - $21 per year for full affiliation, $8 for juniors, plus a small club membership and weekly entry (most clubs charge $3-$5 per night). While there is presently no affiliated club in Thames, this could be restarted if there is enough interest.
Closest clubs to Thames are Paeroa and Ngatea.
